HOW WE USE INFORMATION.
This notice explains what personal information Promoboost collects, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
Promoboost is operated by South West Bro Workout Ltd. We are the data controller for information about our clients and website users, and we use this information to fulfil our obligations to you as a customer.
We use this information to process your order, publish your press release, communicate with you about your submission, and take payment.
We share data with a small number of processors who help us run the Service, each bound by contractual terms to protect your data in accordance with UK GDPR: Mailchimp for email delivery, OpenAI to power the PromoBoost AI Engine, and Stripe for secure payment processing. We do not store your card details ourselves.
The categories of information that we may collect include:
- Personal information (eg name, email address)
- Press-release content, images and links you submit through our forms
- Payment information, processed directly by Stripe (we do not store your card details ourselves)
SHARING INFORMATION:
We do not share information with anyone without consent unless the law and our policies allow us to do so.
REQUESTING ACCESS TO YOUR PERSONAL DATA:
Under UK data protection law you have the right to request access to the information we hold about you. To make a request, please contact us at privacy@promoboost.co.uk.

- Prevent processing for the purpose of direct marketing
